Corryne is a passionate singer, actress, and performer dedicated to sharing her artistry across multiple disciplines. From a young age, she immersed herself in music and theatre, starting on the mandolin at age 5, picking up the guitar at 12, and studying piano in college. As a child and throughout college, she also began honing her skills as an accomplished theatre actor and has been in productions across Southern Illinois and Springfield, Missouri. Her journey has been fueled by a deep love for performance and a desire to inspire others through her art.
A talented vocalist trained in diverse styles including opera, musical theatre, and contemporary genres, Corryne brings a rich vocal versatility to her performances. Her stage presence and acting craft have earned her recognition and accolades in the music and theatre community.
Beyond the stage, Corryne is an experienced performer and educator. She holds an Associate’s degree in Music Education and Performance from John A. Logan College and a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Music Education from Evangel University. She now spends time mentoring and training students of all ages in voice and guitar at Market Street Music Conservatory. Her background in both performance and teaching allows her to connect deeply with her audience and students alike.
As an award-winning vocalist with training in multiple languages, diction, and vocal techniques, Corryne is committed to fostering musical growth in others. As an educator, she combines her passions for music and education to guide her students in achieving their unique artistic goals.
Currently, Corryne also serves as the director of music at Marion Aldersgate Church in Marion, IL, where she continues to inspire through her music, leadership, and dedication to the arts.
